$NSAV There is NO LAW AGAINST LYING in the USA


It is a crime to lie in while testifying in court,
while under oath.


It is also a crime to lie on any official Federal
Filing such as an SEC 8K or IRS Form 1040.


Very specific laws.


It is also a crime to lie to the FBI as we all see.


It is not a crime to lie to local police, however
unwise that course of action may prove to be..If
you lie to the police, they will use it against you
in later court proceedings. .. All criminals lie to
police.


IT IS NOT A CRIME TO LIE IN A P.R, or a TWEET.


Think about this, IF IT WAS CRIMINAL TO LIE
IN A Press Release, almost no companies in
the O.T.C. Market would ever be able to issue
any Press Releases at all.


So, No, there is no law against lying in the USA,
except in narrowly-defined statutory circumstan-
ces, such as in an official Federal Filing.


We American People can -- and do -- LIE.. We
have free speech, just as James Tilton does. ..
