Yes, the "foreseeable future" line about an interim CEO, basically saying they don't plan to have an actual CEO, is consistent with the idea that they always planned to sell the company. And we know that can take a year...

FBG - When we didn't get a new CEO by year end, that's when I started looking at this as a stronger buyout probability. The $2 dilution rattled my theory for a bit but there are a few reasons which have been discussed which make sense.
