To answer your question! When you look at the Officers and Directors of both companies, do you happen to notice that there are some of the same men on both boards? Talk about a conflict of interest! Not one Director or Officer was approved or even voted on by shareholders of either company. They were never given the opportunity to vote on the officers or directors. Remember the last Medinah meeting called for shareholders to convene on July 19, 2016, was changed to an “informational meeting only”! But in the release for the informational meeting, they stated,” An “official” MEDINAH shareholder meeting will be scheduled for a future date. I am still waiting for that announcement or did I miss it?
Maurizio has no one to hold him accountable for his actions and or decisions. So, we get silence and more silence and no transparency. Maurizio, treat us like you want to be treated.
