Yes, this seems remarkable.
How could've PTSH have earned a majority equity interest in PWVG? Either they are greatly over-valued or PTSH is under-valued.
If we go with the current 220,000,000 issued shs of PWVG it still seems expensive for a market cap. I havent explained myself clearly- what I'm saying is that this situation is the equivalent of a small Mexican radio station in Guadalupe announcing that they are taking a majority equity position in SIRIUS RAdio and then announcing that they are going to reverse merger it...

Also, very little activity on Rb or here from retailers, so who is buying this?? Reminds me of PAIV (PAVC) a few months ago...
