I think the last "tsunami" we had was on December 20th when APDN announced a Private Placement for $4.8 million.

That tsunami destroyed 25% of APDN's share price in one day. And 37% overall.

Are you calling for another tsunami = Private Placement = dilution = lower share price?

I responded with a definition of what dilution is...

Dilution: • a reduction in the value of a shareholding due to the issuance of additional shares in a company.

Then I asked you to explain why you would welcome a decrease in the value of APDN's shares - since it is the direct result of dilution?
