It's pretty bad when they were actually better a year ago then now. Normally mgt gets better with time and experience, whereas Ballas continues to worsen. I hope he didn't develop a drinking or drug problem. I honestly can't think of why his ability to navigate the company is worsening. Getting fins on time was a given in the past, now mothing makes sense.
