The SEC would take it off the market and wipe out ALL the shareholders suddenly one day, if you showed them some fraud. If get that far, they will not be punished hardly at all, and will still be loose in society. Class action and maybe everybody can get 50 cents after the legal.

Check out MDNT, which then became FONU, pure fraud, makes PSID look like a choirboy, well nothing became of the SEC investigation.

Im sure if we (the PSID Board) and others put our heads together, perhaps we need to apply pressure to the SEC EG: a class action suit for example Im fed up of the directors having information, and the share holders get the short end of the stick, this cant be legal can it???

WHat happened to PSID. I had 200k shares on etrade under PSID, Now it is PSIDD and there is nothing there????
