Sorry MADdog. Like most other posters all I could offer is heresay and Pinkie innuendo so I'll refrain. Between now and the finished audit/WTO announcement, what is there to support this stock?
I missed a fill at .40 2 weeks ago. I think I'll hold onto my dry powder and see what happens. With no audited 411, an investor has to rely more on the integrity and track record of the individuals running the company. The suspect news of a few posts ago, about the name change, lawsuit, etc, has me less than eager to invest blindly.

Sorry to say I dont see anything positive in the last month to discuss.I am sitting on the sidelines right now.
It is not that there is something drastically wrong but I have mental stops for all my stocks and I will not go below them.
I have e-mailed Tim three times since the beginning of this board and have not received one return e-mail.I mentioned to Mark that he should speak to Tim about answering my e-mails,at the time I was the Moderator of the board and need some answers for the investors.He said he would talk to Tim but since then Mark does not return my e-mails either.
I had mentioned before I do not like the idea of Henry Fahman being invovled in the company.I also had mentioned I dont consider Hawk one of the better PR Companies out there.
Thinking back about their reasoning for starting on the pink sheets rather then the BB board which has very little requirements to be eligible is another concern.
I do believe there is a company named Cavico and that they are the second largest Construction company in VietNam,what I do not like is the people at the Helm,and the direction they are steering the company.
I would hope this is not taken as bashing of the company but rather one investors concerns at the present time.It does not mean that I will not reenter the stock when I feel that it is moving closer to the conclusion of the audit.I believe up to that point the stock will have a hard time holding price.
