It's complete BS but par for the course, especially with the OTC market stocks. The pps will stagnate for a long while then blast off for a few days to a few weeks, then back down it comes. Kinda like our run to 0.17. Didn't last long and was great for anyone who traded that run well. As a LT holder, I just sit back and monitor the fundamentals. As long as they are good, I'll continue to hold.
