That's all they seem to know how to do...dilute SHs...heck...the "deal maker" has yet to strike a deal.

With each passing month the hope for a deal fades as well as the cash in the coffers.

I suspect that there won't be any deals, just a new CEO.

I wonder how many more months the PPS will be below 2???

Exactly. Waiting means another dilution, because there's not enough cash. That would be totally catastrophic, and I just don't understand how folks can propose waiting given that the coffer will be empty well before that year is up. Our only chance for investors to get out of this alive is for a sale (or very major deal) to happen in next 30 days. If that doesn't happen, honestly, I think you can kiss your money, what's left of it, goodbye.
