#43081 RE: noodle #43078

Been here for some time and saw the vision , however did challenge Jan from time to time ... the difference with Jan / PGUS is that he always had answers , did not shy away from addressing g concerns and always followed through! Almost a no no with pinkies , which is why I hold the position I currently have ( and added recently ).

Once the proper funding is in place and announced , its game on imo . I expect we will see so,e rather large ask slaps - and those will be coming in from a certain region in Asia . A certain Japanese investor did not low ball Jan for no reason - either that investor will be part of some of the funding or in some other way associated with the development and will take a nice position . Could it be that investor has been buying , maybe ... although my feeling is he/they were waiting for the CBRE report and next steps they want to deal with Jan .

I could and prolly am way off , but it won’t matter as things will explode with or without that Japanese company / individual .

Imo, anyone with you know what of steel and hold on to a few shares, will be very happy over the next little while - this is a long term play as it will take to,e to develop cielo .

The pepper deal alone will drive SP appreciation to what I think will be .07-10 this year. Any other positive cielo developments ( and there is a ton still to be announced ) , will be muchissimo gravy.

One thing Jan will need to address within the next 12-18 months will be a succession plan.... which may even be sooner as the founders may want that as part of the deal . Regardless of Jan’s age , proper funding and long term company success always has a solid succession plan .

All good here for this ridiculously undervalued company .

All in my opinion of course
