I can provide plenty of examples of stocks in just the past few weeks alone that have sold off in after hours on various volumes along with high volumes, then fairly soon after they popped higher, and in contrast were also under 1.00.
$ALT is a different animal lately, but it's also in lower penny stock territory, too, so naturally its acting different like many do down at these levels.

Overall it's just anyone's guess going forward in terms of what yesterday's trading after hours meant, so it's just too early to tell anything based on that (on zero news filings so far).
