Apok It seems the independent auditor is being extremely thorough. I Recieved the different verification of owner ships request from him in reference to notes I own. Received them last Thursday and returned them. So I guess waiting for those verifications are holding up the filing. When the stock is in street name the BD receives the letter the forwards to shareholder. I did not receive a request on stock owner ship, has anyone here recieved a verification of stock ownership from accounting firm? The firm is Paul Carrega CPA from Glendale CA.
