And I would surmise the incremental challenge(remember it’s a tight outfit) Is the accounting for the equity stakes in these private entities. That’s the sucky part of those deals trying to disclose enough without making it all public And then adding it to the balance sheet etc.
I like CC's and it makes sense for pot companies to do them so there can be a q and a but then again... this could all just be a ploy to get as many shares before they let some monster earning out of its cage.
