I agree with your assessment green. For them to even use the CDC name on the PR they wouldn’t dare to post that if the CDC didn’t agree to it as if even at a free price on one wants to try, then we are really really screwed. It would be stupid to PR something like that without any concrete backbone to it.

Green - I think that is highly unlikely the CDC has anything to do with this. All they said was "in response to a CDC report". The PR was just an attempt to get Asepticsures name out, though I don't know who actually reads PRs by penny stock companies- except for the unfortunate souls that are already invested in them.

It's against the law for a government agency or for that matter a government employee to "endorse" a product, there's supposed to be a free market and government is supposed to remain neutral.

For example, Kellyanne Conway heard flack a few months back when she told the public to buy Ivanka Trump's products on a morning show a few months ago.

Following a recent report by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) of "widespread" growth of so-called "nightmare" superbugs, the developers of a system that reproducibly removes virtually 100% of recognized and emerging pathogens in non-medical use environments is offering to assist in combating the problem.

imo they just used that report to mention Aspeticsure in the media.

IF CDC would have been a part of an agreement, that would have been mentioned in BOLD letters, believe me.

Like this: The CDC asked us to participate .....

or Following a letter we have got from CDC.....

AND, look at the web page..

there it is written

MEDIZONE INTERNATIONAL COMMENTS ON CDC REPORT REGARDING SUPERBUG PATHOGENS

(that is proof enough that there is no connection other than they have read the report of CDC and made a comment on it
