17 cents is moot if it cant be sustained and form a anew base. Well, unless you are part of the pump and dump crew and are jsut looking to trade.

the stock is currently at 6 cents a share after great news, strong presence on AMZn and a 4/20 runnup.

The only way it can be described is as a massive disappointment.
