Already told you. Read note 4 and 10 in the 2011 annual. Now look at total OS in 2012 annual and ask yourself this:

Why would they report selling shares when they aren't even close to being a 5% holder back then?

15 mill/700 mill= 2.1% holder. Not 5%. As a 2% holder they don't have to report when they buy and sell.
