Looking at a 3 -5 year chart it appears good. I suppose it could also break down from here but I don't think so. Reasons being, 1. Insider buying. 2. Many inflationary policies being instituted right now. 3. Global warming, yeah, no one really bakes that in, but imagine 2 big storms every summer that both need billions of dollars to dig out.. I think that will be the norm, maybe even worse . 3. Cerra Morra should be a nice bonus. Starting to be baked in,,
