Colorado law....I forget is that where there Incorporated? God knows most come from Nevada,,, sounds like they pretty much filed there last 10q, and this company is insolvent....
Then again they lie so much on these reports will have to go through prior ones to see what they put in to try and protect themselves.....
Either way they managed to swindle moren investors with lies, deciet, and puffery all while enriching themselves.
Had no intentions to make futl a business, rather an insider self enriching scheme that goes unnoticed by the SEC
