The last-CEO/Huey Long did company major disservice, way-he-resigned and he was at least co-responsible for plans and rev's not meeting expectations, it was his job also to drum up financing, all the stuff a CEO is supposed to do -- instead he put out a whiny "f U" 8K letter.
Wouldn't take much, I AGREE TOTALLY, to take this with its relatively low O/S and no dilution, investors eager to recoup,
to at least into the double-digits then work on it from there.
-- Putting out 10K is GREAT SIGN tho need the Q's and add the P's, dot the "i'S" and a whiff of fresh air and positive energy, there's ppl there willing to help
