A provisional patent offers protection but the company has stated they have filed non-provisional patent applications - so the company is protected from patent infringement.

Trying to use this as a defense of OWCP is comical at best - you guys are the ones posting about OWCP owning "31 registered patents" whatever the hell that is - now they don't have any patents so now they can publish any data for review.

You do understand that publishing the research in a peer reviewed Journal makes their patent application even stronger as they have a paper trail of their research and also OWCP would be the first to publish the research.

The problem is OWCP investors doesn't understand the patent process.
