Wouldn't you if you were them? Maybe the buyout is for $15 Million (I doubt it though) and we will get .001 per share. Maybe just the fact that they are ending a shell company with a share structure that has become so suffocating that even if the company survives it, it will never be able to increase in stock value significantly, so this is a way out. Or maybe a combination of the two. Then again they could be selling for $1 Million or less and they are trying to unload the last 2 billion shares before that happens (the "Money Grab"). All I know is currently my value is down 40% and really I can only lose so much more.
