All right somehow I just searched on there and I don’t know what exactly I put in but I know that there was no date put in whatsoever and it came up with a page that said Lazar and then it said status open and it said filing and underneath filing it had of the 18th and had 4/18/2018... But now I cannot find it that way when I’m searching there’s like six different types of searches so all I can say is with what I saw maybe that means they’re going to file it tomorrow maybe that’s when they have plans to file it
