The Simmons brothers may be up to their arses in this. They're the one's that claimed they were taking the Bell Buckle Country Store public in 2007 in the first place in the initial disclosure statement. They sold all kinds of shares and raised the A/S based on that premise. They could be in big trouble. I'm watching this also. I'll be glad to chase IF something verifiable happens. Watch out for Ronny and Melissa. Both were involved in scams before. I almost contacted the SEC about this but changed my mind for the time being. IF Jaberian is real then I don't want to risk causing more problems with this ticker than he already has. I'm hoping this is real but currently the only hope I have is that the twitter and website weren't taken down. I would think if this was a scam those things would have been deleted.
I'm watching also but only for official filings that can be verified. I have to say I was kind of shocked to learn that no identification is required to bring a company back to active status in Florida. You can even change the name of the CEO without any proof of ownership of the company. I had an email chat with Cathy Cave from the Florida SOS and she said they just go on face value on what it submitted to them. Just pay the bill and it's active again.
