Oh, my, what a wonderful deal that I think I see for the CEO. Looks like he has preferred shares that convert into 60M common shares, and now trading at $0.50 per?? If he can ease those through, even above a dime, he's done very well for himself.

Anybody read the financials and see that? Am I mistaken?
