Well market internals are strong as the NAZ is 3-1 advancers over decliners. TVIX cannot move up until that changes. Bulls have control still.

Market internals are still 2-1 advancing volume over declining volume. Got to change before the lid can come off TVIX for more than intraday trading.
Can turn on a dime so not suggesting it can't happen quickly.
