You're absolutely wrong IMO. I'm quite known for/am good at spotting/gophering out scams historically in microland and this company is not one.
Like we both have said, wait awhile and see. You could certainly argue the company 'ripped off' shareholders such as yourself or Arland but that's what happens when investing in a company that was struggling and had sloppy dilutive preferreds shares and an obtuse ownership structure due to Sileas/Longview pledges. They did enough to stay out of BK and keep the important biz going.
Hope that's cleared up now. Every time I clear a question/something for you, you call the company a scam because you lost your $ investing in a poor share structure with potential massive risks? Your choice.
