SERIOUSLY?! OK, LETS DO SOME DD FOLKS!
The claim; "Obviously any conflicting addresses could be because of restructuring. Greg took over the NOUV side so this is very possible."
First: Greg could well be that stupid. After-all, he did run NOUV into the ground prior to Jeff Burns taking over and diluting shareholder into oblivion. BUT, that is not the case here, concerning why the inept management can't keep the story straight.
Second; Look up in the ibox. Check out that lovely SUNBIZ screen grab and note the date that the address was updated. Oh yeah, 06/28/2017. Was this AFTER the return of Greg Chapman was announced? Uh, NO. SO, that means it was all still our buddy, Jeff Burns. That alone debunks the confused Greg Chapman myth.
Third; about the time that SUNBIZ was updated, so was the corporate website. Hmmmm, cared enough about that part of the charade. Why not the other business sites? OTC Markets?
Forth; OTC Markets. LOL We were supposed to believe that NOUV "must be current" in order for the company data to be current. LMFAO! Already destroyed that earlier. OK, then ask yourselves WHY THE AUTHORIZED SHARES at OTC still says 4.5B shares AFTER there was a filing on 6/15/2017 concerning changes, ONE BEING A INCREASE TO 5.5B shares. They WERE CURRENT for a short time YET they FAILED to update OTC MARKETS?. 3, count them, 3 TIMES the authorized have been raised and management couldn't care less if their data is accurate. Now 11 BILLION and a different address but who's watching, eh?
Fifth; The return of Greg. Now someone goes to Nevada SOS and updates the list of officers and pays all the backlogged fees to become active again. WHY WOULDN'T THEY UPDATE THE ADDRESS? What kind of half-assed people are running this ongoing FARCE? Is "restructuring" possibly the cause of this? SERIOUSLY?
