You are correct. As a non-reporting OTC ticker they are not required by regulation to disclose anything...and OTC markets “Stop Sign” is purely their own invention.

But all that does is just put JBZY in the same bucket as all other OTC pink sheet NO INFO non-reporting tickers.

Not great company to keep. ;-)
