Why dont you ask Alex CEO yourself? I think I have found the patent. But i send email to Alex to confirm. It show that patent was abandon back in 2005 and im sure that Alex already pay it off and patent it. The last time i talk to him about patent and trademark, he said he hes was already workin on it. That was back in Dec 2017.
