Hey Bank, I just spoke with Alpine. They got another extension today. They were unable to clarify who is authorizing this. Alpine is happy about this extension because it allows them to clear our more shares associated with BMIC. It's day to day.

Thanks that is why I will continue shorting here as imo the average investor gets screwed. Giving bmic exemption after exemption tells me this market is crooked and I will continue to short this stock to no bid than cover and make huge $$. Until this rule is changed nothing happening here except major dilution
