LET ME BE MORE CLEAR, I stated that there is no way in heck that some "marketing girl" from NextCast told inspectr Noe that NextCast doesn't produce braces yet because it is just a startup. Nextcast was started 2 years ago BTW.

If I am wrong, post proof or it didn't happen. Nuff said on that

UPDATE: What am I saying? It is very clear. I don't believe inspector Noe spoke with a "marketing girl" from Nextcast who told him that they don't produce anything yet. Now I see the specialness, wasting my time it seems if you couldn't understand what I was saying.

BTW, where is the Relevance? What does you thinking I am wrong have to do with anything?

Like I'd thought, the "marketing girl" wouldn't share any information. Her exact response was, "I am just an answering service, I transfer calls". So, there is no way she told anyone that the company was a start up that hadn't produced anything yet. The lies being spread on social media about UATG make no sense. There are plenty of companies to bash with CEOs that legitimately screwed/are screwing over investors. Trust me, I question some of the business moves here but not enough to make up something because I am mad at the company because of my own investing decisions.

For instance, I'd love to hear more details about

Chief Executive Officer, Alex Umbra stated, “In keeping with our commitment to shareholder value and participation I, over the past 10 months, have authorized the purchase of shares from the market and am currently reviewing the company’s ability to provide more value to our shareholders”.


OR

UATG is currently finalizing their internal audits and is expected to turn over auditing to an independent auditor by year end in preparation of an S1 filing. This is keeping with the company’s longstanding comments on its intention to up-list to a QX company.
