"Financing has been coming for over a year now.........until it actually happens it shouldn't be taken seriously"

First of all, we haven't been waiting for financing for over a year. It has only been a year since the project was announced and there were many items to check off of the list before financing.

However, I do admit that complete financing has been talked about for several months and as of yet we still do not have financing closed.

However (again) as opposed to investors screaming that financing is close, (almost done, next week, end of month), for the very first time we have Jack Hanks himself giving us a timeline for financing to close. Also for the very first time we have Jack informing investors that a "Term Sheet" has been signed.

Never before has Jack given us a date for financing closing with that date coming and going without financing happening. Do you know why, because Jack only says what he means. Unlike investors who guessulate (guess & speculate), Jack gives the facts and the truth.

One can choose not to believe and wish they had when financing is announced and the pps takes off, or one can believe, buy as many shares as possible and WTSG.

Each person has to make their own CHOICE. I CHOOSE to believe as does the following perple and/ or companies:

2. KP Engineering

3. Chris Alexander, mayor of Ft. Stockton

4. Ft. Stockton Chamber of Commerce

5. Interstate Treating, Inc., Primary contractor for the engineering, procurement and construction

6 Penta Operating, LLC, aka Penta Petro trucking-to transport refined products from the project’s first phase.

7. Pilot Thomas Logistics (Off Take agreement)

8. Via Rail Engineering

9. Texas Pacifico-South Orient RR

10. Rama Fabrication Inc

11. Jack Hanks

12. 99% of the individuals that have purchased shares (There seems to be a few shareholders that don't believe)

13. Ryan Sitton-Texas Railroad Commission
