please show me one single judgement that is legal (signed by a judge) and furthermore awards all the shares to the alleged debtor? That document was a PROPOSED plan by the credit. Its like some one filing to foreclose on your home except they dont own the note and the judge never even held a hearing. Anyone with legal background can see these are filings that are sent to the clerk, titled to look official but have no authority because they are unsigned, and without any hearings.
I can pay the $88 fee in my district court and file all the official titled documents and the clerk with enter them into the record, but they mean nothing as they are filings without merit, titled to look offical, but lacking any action by the court.
