If it would be a shell there would not be a business plan. They changed the name, there is a website with countdown, so there is a business which is not disclosed yet.
It would be a shame to split the stock with 1 for 100 and it had only a 29m float just to dilute it into the ground. Then this reverse split was not really necessary and makes no sense.
There are many marijuana stocks which trade dollars and have a higher share structure, 1,6m market cap for a marijuana stock is very cheap.
