There is a difference between saying no toxic debt and no debt. You said no debt which per the filings by the company is inaccurate. No toxic debt is probably inaccurate as well since toxic debt by definition is the ability for the company to pay it back.
I think your wanting to say no dilutive debt which can be open to interpretation.
