Is anyone still "home" at CDEx? I have seen no evidence since the CC that the company is still operational. Since Griff said CDEx had NOT YET RECEIVED THE LEGAL BILLS FOR THE SETTLEMENT WORK IN AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER, and CDEx couldn't even find $5,000 to send a rep to Japan, I think when the legal bills came in, Griff decided it was better not to return phone calls.
