According to the order granting Medbridge's motion to dismiss, it was simply on jurisdictional grounds. The judge found that KWCO hadn't established that Medbridge was subject to Texas jurisdiction and dismissed the complaint just on that basis, without going to the merits. There wasn't any settlement.
I guess maybe KWCO could go ahead and file a new complaint against Medbridge in California, dunno.
