THE CEO, DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES SIGN THE AGREEMENT EXCEPTED GRANT IN COMMON SHARE. 74 MILLION RESTRICTED COMMON ISSUE TO THEM. DO YOU THINK R/S HURTS YOU MORE THAN IT HURTS THEM?
