the OWVI OS is nearly 3B. how does a newco make their deal work without a RS? review a little history - OWVI didn't start off with a OS this large. it was diluted while they operated.

any newco will want to do the same.

now, add in the alpine news. financing must be done at or above .01...

suggesting there won't be a split here makes no sense.

saying "at this stage" just means the RS will hit anyone who decides to hold too long.

and it's not even just that. any talk about david lazar being a RM expert - actually you used the word "bigtime" - is a bit weird. i think the guy is 27 years old.
