Where they do Harvest coconuts at least once a month?

That's a big problem for PLSB especially when many (and maybe all) other coconut water companies are on the list ahead of PLSB. PLSB is at the bottom of that list. Truthfully, they get the left overs.
Secondly, When coconuts are overspread, PLSB can't get them at all.

They do have a plan there in Vietnam?

There is nothing PLSB can do to speed up production of the coconut beverages especially without operating capitol. Takes money to make money.
There are many reasons why PLSB is at the bottom of the competition. It was too little, too late from the beginning. I told Yates this years ago. He was moving way too slow to be competitive. Therefore PLSB and the brilliance of Yates lost a ton of market share. PLSB had a very good chance in the beginning of the coconut water phase to be one of the most successful companies in that market. Yates didn't have the resources or the capitol and didn't have the knowledge of how to get it done. To this day, he doesn't. Never will have.
Yates is in his 70s. I know he will not be successful. He watched this opportunity go right by the wayside.
I could write a book on the history at PLSB.

Sure can't wait to see that "transformation" bring on that Annual Report and show us the major decline from 2016 to 2017. What to scared to show it? That report will never see the light of day. Remember there is always the go dark option Mr Crooked Yates. It is so obvious all the chatters are trying their best to keep this turd afloat it isn't going to happen door closes soon at Old Honest BS Lying Yates piggy bank. They don't even know what they are buying at .0002 a share, just a stock trading at a price level they think will go up from? There is always .0001, and than NO BID. This company will be going the way of the Dodo bird under Yates guidance. No cash, no credit, BILLIONS of worthless shares, and declining sales! Maybe just maybe the online sales are exploding because the product isn't sitting on as many retail store shelves as it used to be? Eventually all the inventory will dry up and poof no more business. No more money to buy more product, Yates has filleted this to the bone already under his mismanagement over the years.
