In all fairness, the product does exist and by all accounts, it is a very good distracted driving app so I’m with the others on those two things ( I compared the tech specs compared to the built in app on my iPhone X and there’s no comparison. Bsafe Mobile is a good app).
I too, called a dealer ( Garden City Nissan as did a another poster in NY and they did confirm they sell the app ) and I’m sorry I did, they keep calling me trying to sell me a car.
But your post still brings up some very valid points. Name change, domicile and audit aside, I too am questioning these production facilities. He mentions them on the website but where specifically are they?? He claims KL, a few other places overseas and some places in the US they are looking at.
Looking at? For a start up company,1M in revenues is not chump change.. if he is truly claiming these revenues, he has to be manufacturing these units from somewhere.. but you never hear anything about the facilities.
It amazes me that Berman can just tweet out these revenue claims and people on this board do not even question anything about these so called manufacturing facilities.
I too am still holding shares and will continue to add. I made enough for now flipping and I want to see Q2 results and hoping for the best. But your concerns other than the app it self are definitely warranted.
