That's why its called manipulation, there are bigger things at play here than we realize.

The facts are as follows:
1. Back taxes paid up in Delaware.
2. Creation of 2 new classes of shares.
3. Debt being settled and clinical trials underway.
4. A 10K may be coming shortly with the next 10Q tacked on (since no
warrants were issued as per the last 10Q the filings should not be
difficult to produce).
