Miss Rukmusher, thanx for the info, totally agree. The answer to your question at the end of your post is when one's ego is so big admitting your wrong is impossible. The closing of entertrade, that maybe some of unfilled promises were admitted business choices, a lot of the selling is a bad lender could make all your post wrong. Those with big egos always have to have the last word and justify their wrongs. Very simple isn't it?

Ruk - The technology that Zenergy now owns was called KOD Technologies. Since it's acquisition by ZNGY, it is now called Zenergy Labs. I think you might be referring to that technogy on your post.
