The ongoing investigation means that the SEC turned it over to the Justice Department for criminal prosecution - it looks grim for the OWCP insiders and the shareholders will be decimated.

It seems most OWCP investors prefer to live in pinky fantasyland and think a company that hasn't published anything but pumping press releases and 8-Ks.

Why hasn't the efficacy report been published.

The company has gone radio silent after the Friedland Complaint was filed and the SEC Cleary stated that OWCP was complicit in the fraud.
