Directly or indirectly the company is flooding the shareholders equity. If it is by route via a note holder then it just proves that NOUV is a cash strapped toxic loan abuser. Sending BILLIONS of shares to a lender when all the claims of how great Entuit is, how great their worldwide business is, how great management is, while killing investors.
