Any estimate of how long the reverse merger could take effect

Both parties are waiting for audited financials. Given GNIN hasn't filed an audited SEC Form 10-K for three years, it will be awhile. Three years worth of audits is no small and/or inexpensive feat! IMO...it could easily be several months.
