some additional info - according to a poster who contacted the TA:

the OS is 2,856,553,691 with more than 47M shares restricted. smaller than many of us thought.

as for timing of the OWVI deal, if lazar is smart he will have several private entities lined up, and then do the work of procuring their shells, so the RM process is accelerated and no time is wasted. the custodial work is costly, so i think he would only take that step after a target newco for each ticker has been found.

and i do wonder why the OS is at 2.8B instead of 3.5B. is it possible shares have already been purchased at .0001, over the many months it was dormant, and then were retired, thus lowering the OS? what a great way to do a 'buyback', before the shell is active.

if that's in fact what they did to lower the OS, it's a good way to treat retail. looks to me like the newco has room to issue an equity stake to insiders without changing the capital structure.

we're in an interesting situation here, because while the lazar associated with joyus is more connected, the lazar more familiar with how the OTC works is probably going to keep the OS as it is.

i think this david lazar is also savvy enough to make hay while the sun shines.
