Yep, Putin possibly found out about this huge project when he hacked Congressman Hurd and Senator Cruz's accounts. I heard he may build a pipeline all the way to Russia. MMEX may Joint Venture with Putin, remember the "International Debt Fund". HMMMM could be putin and the local rancher is buying up shares because Putin may be buying his Ranch to build a pipeline terminal. Very exciting times at MMEX. It is all coming together
