I personally have not spoken to him and no nothing has been said publicly. Not saying it can’t happen but with a low float (currently less than 10million showing) if it was done it would be for a strategic move to go nasdaq which would be sometime from now. Just my opinion!
Lots of good news coming so I don’t think it would be needed!
The plan will be to do a small R/S of 3 to 1 or so only when they are ready to file the application. The expectation is to have it move up toward $1.50 before doing so. difference here that other pinks is the CEO will only do so when ready to file. He got us on QB is a month or so after getting us fully compliant, so I have no doubt he will do it here. Also, when it happens, most NASDAQ Telecomm run about a 25 P/E due to the reoccurring revenue base. Will be one heck of a ride up.
